IGP COUNTRY GARD
The Vineyards of Vin de Pays is located in the valley of the Vistre, a river which flows into the Vidourle. A part of its soil is made of gravels. This type of soil is suitable for regional varieties: syrah, grenache and new varieties such as marselan and Caladoc; while the other part is a loamy soil on a layer of sand and gravel. Tasting notes: Pale pink, very fruity on notes of tangy candy.
The mouth is refreshing and lively.
