The Vineyards of Vin de Pays is located in the valley of the Vistre, a river which flows into the Vidourle. A part of its soil is made of gravels. This type of soil is suitable for regional varieties: syrah, grenache and new varieties such as marselan and Caladoc; while the other part is a loamy soil on a layer of sand and gravel. This soil is well suited to grape types such as merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, chardonnay ...

Grape varieties : cabernet franc 30% syrah 70%
Tasting notes: Pale pink, very fruity on notes of tangy candy.
The mouth is refreshing and lively.
Suggested food : appetizers, salad, red or white grilled meat
Serving temperature: between 10° and 12°C
